Hospitality Management - Hotel and Resort
Program Overview
This program is designed for students intending to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Career options in this sector include all elements of full service lodging operations including: Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources. Courses equip students with the knowledge and ability to link directly into the industry at the conclusion of the program, with an understanding of the interrelationships between departments that drive performance in the hotel and resort industry.
